WIN provides services to individuals facing challenges accessing or navigating the labour market. This includes job seekers who are unemployed, underemployed, new graduates, career changers, newcomers to Canada, individuals with barriers to employment, or anyone looking to advance their career prospects.
Costs vary by program and funding stream. Many of our services are offered at low or no cost to eligible participants — fill out the intake form and we'll walk you through what applies to your situation.
Timelines depend on your goals and starting point. Some clients move quickly through planning to placement; others take more time to build skills first. We'll set expectations together during intake.
A copy of your resume if you have one, any relevant certifications, and a sense of the roles or industries you're interested in. Nothing formal is required — we'll help you fill in the gaps.
