Our services are provided at no cost to participants. WIN is funded through government programs and community partnerships, allowing us to offer comprehensive career support without financial barriers.
The timeline varies depending on individual circumstances, career goals, and current job market conditions. While some participants may find employment within weeks, others may need several months of preparation and skill development. During your intake, we’ll discuss realistic timelines based on your specific situation.
Please bring a current resume (if you have one), identification, any relevant certificates or educational documents, and a list of your work experience. If you don’t have a resume, don’t worry—we’ll help you create one during our process.
